Position Available: Sales Associates (Male) – Kuwait

Position Overview:
To assist customers by enhancing and promoting sales of products and services in the showroom. The job role focuses on obtaining the knowledge and skills to identify and fulfil customer needs, and direct sales transactions to achieve overall targets in cash, credit, warranty programs and accessories.

Qualifications:
-Flexible and enthusiastic personality
– Fresh graduates or background experience in Sales or Customer Service.
– Fluent in English and Arabic.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Presentable appearance.

Essential Job responsibilities:
– Sales: Promote products, meet sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and ensure seamless transactions using BO & POS systems.
– Customer Service: Provide excellent service, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and resolve conflicts politely.
– Operations: Manage stock, ensure accurate displays and pricing, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized sales area.
