Don’t talk ever badly about your previous (or current) boss

It’s surprise how many people make the same mistake over and over – talking badly about their managers or the organization they’ve left or are still working for. Even if your managers lack competence or if dealing with them is difficult, you should not talk about them negatively, because this will reflect negatively on you. Instead, you should talk about your appreciation for your previous job and all that you learned from it, but you felt it was time to challenge yourself and look for a new opportunity
