they really want to achieve, and after the requirements of the performance measures are met, the
ceiling of demands can be raised so that employees feel continuous achievement, such as, before the
runners prepare for the marathon race, they set short goals for themselves  Then they increase the
running distance, until they are ready to run the big race, and this also applies to functionality.

3- Today, companies have become so fragmented that employees believe that they can work within
their job description or the section in which they work only, and to develop the skills and experiences
of employees and prepare them to occupy larger positions, they must first understand and understand
all aspects of work in the company and then give them some tasks  Additional, if only temporarily, to
gain some modern experiences.

4- The manager shall develop a plan with the participation of his subordinates, in order to address
issues and gaps in performance and to adopt an optimal way to carry out the work agreed upon by
everyone.

5- Enrolling employees in training programs, if possible, to refine their talents and skills to give to
raising the productivity of the employee and the company.

6- Measuring the progress in skills after the measures taken and monitoring some in-kind or material rewards. According to an American study conducted by the American campus Technology newspaper, its
results concluded that job satisfaction revolves around many points, the most important of which is
employee satisfaction with supervisors and bosses, which won the highest vote rate of 38%, and SPIE
Optics Research conducted a similar study on the reasons that lead to employee satisfaction.  The
results were that the most agreed that the work should have a clear goal and plan, which enhances
employee satisfaction by 95%.
